The Tinderbox is a hand-crafted teardrop trailer built to house our woodfired oven, and a finalist at the 2013 British Street Food Awards, Highly Commended for Best Sandwich with its slow-roasted BBQ pork. We set out to offer something as unique as The Tinderbox itself - making our own sauces, breads and oils, we combine these with the best nature has to offer to deliver delicious mouth-watering dishes. From street food classics to rustic wedding breakfasts, we strive to create something special, cooked fresh, and served straight from the fire.
